Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship From We ship from our US warehouse. There are no customs fees or import taxes for US orders.

Delayed Orders Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays and sale seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@wondrakids.com and we'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.
