ORDERS & SHIPPING
How can I contact Wondra Kids? You can email us at support@wondrakids.com and our customer service team will be happy to help with whatever you need. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
Do you ship worldwide? We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.
Where do you ship from? We ship from our warehouse in the United States, which means faster delivery times for our US customers.
When will my order be processed? Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days from the order date. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sale seasons. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order? Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order? We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@wondrakids.com. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated as your order will already be in processing.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
How does the AquaReveal™ Coloring Book work? Each page is coated with a special reusable surface. Simply fill the included water pen with clean water and brush it across the page — hidden colors appear instantly like magic. As the page dries, the colors fade completely and your child can paint all over again. No paint, no ink, no mess.
Is it safe for toddlers and babies? Absolutely. Every AquaReveal™ book is made from non-toxic, BPA-free, bite-resistant materials and requires only clean water to use. The water pen is spill-proof. We always recommend adult supervision for children under 12 months.
What age is it recommended for? The AquaReveal™ book is designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years. Older siblings frequently enjoy it too — there's no upper age limit on mess-free creativity.
How many times can it be reused? Hundreds of times. Simply let the page dry completely between uses and it resets to its original state. There's no limit to how many times your child can paint the same pages.
Can I mix and match designs in a bundle? Yes. When ordering a 2-book or 3-book bundle, you can select a different design for each book at checkout.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes? All prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars. Since we ship domestically within the US, there are no customs fees or import taxes for US orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all orders. If you or your little one aren't completely happy with your purchase, contact us at support@wondrakids.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item? We're sorry to hear that — that's not the experience we want for you. Please contact us at support@wondrakids.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible, typically with a free replacement or full refund.
What if I don't receive my order? If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us at support@wondrakids.com and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days depending on your card-issuing bank. If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us and we'll help track it down.
